At XLshop we want you to be happy every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy as simple as possible.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can cancel it within 7 working days from the day after you have received the goods, and we will issue a full refund. We will refund the value of your order including our initial postage charge, within 30 days of cancellation.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the delivery costs associated with returning the goods to us. If you have not returned the goods to us, we can arrange for them to be collected, the direct costs of which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please note we cannot take back goods unless they have an authorised Returns Number and are in their original condition, unopened with any seals still intact (except for digital memory cards, hardware and paper products, which can be returned unsealed).

Faulty Items
All of our products are manufactured to the highest standards, so in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement. If you notice an item is faulty, please report the fault to us within 30 days of the sale and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

If an item develops a fault outside of the 30 days we will offer a replacement up to a period of 6 months from the sale date, provided our quality control procedures prove the product to be faulty.

If we do not find the item to be faulty, we will not offer a refund/replacement and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Used earpieces and Bluetooth headsets will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time, we will offer a refund.

To return a faulty item, please follow the instructions under "To Return an Item" at the bottom of the page.

Returning Items
Online - go to www.xlshop.com and login with your username and password. Click on “Order History” and select the item you wish to return. You will then be asked to confirm your details and select how you would like us to contact you. Once we have received these details we will contact you by your chosen method to provide you with an authorised Returns Number.

By Phone - Please contact our Customer Relations by calling 0870 085 1111 between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to obtain an authorised Returns Number. XLshop cannot accept returned items without an authorised Returns Number.

Write the returns number and a description of the fault or reason for return on the back of the invoice, and include this with your returned goods. We would recommend re-using the original packaging if possible, and ensure the package is wrapped securely.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. It is important that you are able to prove return should the item be lost in transit.
